Background

The global COVID-19 pandemic has made people cherish health and life more, and the demand for nutrition and functional food is increasing. With the launch of the Outline of the Healthy China Plan, various sub-fields of the big health industry are hot. The research and application of frontier technologies such as "personalized nutrition" and"synthetic biology" have also become the forefront and hot spots of nutrition science and related fields at home and abroad. In order to promote the synchronization of functional food technology and promote the development of the industry in the whole region, the FFAsia Conference will be held in China on May 29-30, 2024.
